Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During new drops or promotions: 5–7 business days.
Pre-orders ship according to the estimated date on the product page.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping time begins after order processing.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

Standard International: 7–15 business days (varies by country)
Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours at info@cokaigne.com.
After an order has shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise noted.
